By accessing or using the SemantiCord site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Nature of Service

SemantiCord provides tooling to generate, view, and locally verify structured JSON artifacts ("Memory Units" and "Receipts"). We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser.

3. No Reliance / No Advice

Content, example data, hashes, and recap documents are for informational / illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or technical advice. You are solely responsible for independent validation and compliance.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain security of your devices and private keys when generating signatures.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Respect third‑party intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding displayed remain the property of their respective owners. SemantiCord content (excluding user‑generated artifacts) is protected by applicable IP law.

6. Generated Artifacts

Artifacts you produce locally are under your control. If future publication endpoints are introduced, separate terms or API agreements may apply.

7. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without notice. We make no uptime guarantee.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, OR SECURITY). CRYPTOGRAPHIC OPERATIONS ARE CLIENT‑SIDE AND MAY DEPEND ON BROWSER IMPLEMENTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIAATLAS AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SemantiCord from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Links to external resources are provided for convenience. We do not endorse nor assume responsibility for their content.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates may be highlighted.

13. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, excluding conflict rules.
